No. We are an independent, unofficial service with no affiliation to Anthropic. We buy official gift subscriptions at claude.ai/gift on your behalf and forward you the redemption link. If you can pay by card, buying directly from claude.ai is cheaper and instant.
What exactly do I receive?
An official Claude gift redemption link/code, purchased at claude.ai/gift for the plan and duration you ordered. You redeem it yourself at claude.ai/gift/redeem while signed in to the Claude account that should get the subscription.
How long does delivery take?
Within 12 hours of your payment confirming on-chain. Fulfillment is done manually by a human — that's what keeps the codes legitimate — so it is not instant. Most orders are delivered much faster.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Payments run through NOWPayments, which supports BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL and 100+ other coins across major networks. You pick the coin on the invoice page.
I sent slightly less than the invoice amount. What now?
The order shows as underpaid. Top up the remaining amount on the same invoice (we email you the details). Exchange withdrawal fees are the usual culprit — send the exact amount the invoice shows, plus your wallet's network fee.
What if my code doesn't work?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery and we verify against our purchase receipt. An invalid or already-redeemed code on arrival gets a full refund per the refund policy.
Do gift codes expire?
Yes — codes expire 365 days after purchase, and redemption works on the web version of claude.ai only (not in mobile apps).
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases covered by our refund policy: missed delivery SLA, or an invalid code reported within 48 hours. No refund after a code is successfully redeemed. Refunds are paid in the same crypto to an address you provide.
Why not just pay Anthropic directly in crypto?
Anthropic doesn't accept cryptocurrency. claude.ai only takes card payments, so if you hold crypto and don't have a usable card, a gift-code reseller is the practical route. The code you get is still an official Anthropic gift code.
